Refund & Returns Policy

At The Sangemarmar, we prioritize our customers and are committed to providing the finest handmade marble products at the best prices with exceptional customer service.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 3 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Please note that all our products are handcrafted by skilled rural artisans, making each item unique. Additionally, every product undergoes a rigorous quality check before leaving our facility.

If you still wish to proceed with a return, you may do so through our courier partner. Return shipping charges will be borne by you. Ensure that the returned item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags intact. Securely pack the item to avoid any damage during transit. Please note that COD charges are non-refundable.

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Minor variations in design, size, shape, or color, as handcrafted items are inherently unique.
  • Failure of the courier company to deliver after three attempts due to an incorrect address or phone number provided at checkout.
  • Refusal of delivery by the recipient.
  • Receipt of the product at our warehouse in used or damaged condition.
  • No return request email received within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Items held by the customer for more than 3 days after delivery.
  • High-discount items purchased during sales or promotions.

Once you have returned the item in good condition, you can request a refund. You will only be charged for the return shipping costs. The Sangemarmar reserves the right to determine the refund amount upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.

Upon confirmation that the item is in a saleable condition, the refund will be processed through our bank, which may take 10-15 working days to reflect in your account.
